Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Calculated at checkout

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total, weight, and destination.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 within the continental United States.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping is pending at the moment and may change in the future.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello.solene.co@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
