Return & Refund Policy
We want YOU to love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Final sale items, intimate apparel, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Return Process:
- Contact us at hello.solene.co@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship items back using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
- Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges
- Please return the item for a refund and place a new order
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Contact us immediately with photos if you receive damaged or defective items
- We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these requirements.
