Return & Refund Policy

We want YOU to love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

 

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Final sale items, intimate apparel, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

 

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at hello.solene.co@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Ship items back using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
  4. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

 

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges
  • Please return the item for a refund and place a new order

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Contact us immediately with photos if you receive damaged or defective items
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these requirements.
